OPPLE and Tishman Speyer, a major real estate building and operating company, officially signed a strategic cooperation memorandum at thePurple Mountain Hotel in Pudong, Shanghai on February 14th , 2012.
Present at the signing ceremony were OPPLE CEO Mrs. Ma Xiuhui, Tishman Speyer General Manager Mr. Horade,and Noah Wealth Management General Manager Mrs. Wei Yan.
Mr. Horade praised OPPLE in his opening address and expressed astrong, longstanding desire for thetwo companies to enter a strategic partnership. He expects that this currently China-based cooperative effort will eventually extend worldwide.
In response to Mr. Horade's kind remarks Mrs. Ma Xiuhui said, "The signing will promote technical discussion and communication on both sides. We will learn from Tishman Speyer in their creative design of commercial real estate and experience realizing sustainable development.” She went on to address how the partnership aligns with OPPLE’s overall goals as a company. Mrs. Ma Xiuhui stated,“This direction goes hand-in-hand with what OPPLE plans to achieve as a company. We will adopt stringent specifications to meet the requirements of Tishman Speyer’s work, and achieve the realization as a team. We can prosper together."
The joint speech given by Mr. Horade and Mrs. Ma Xiuhui recieved a thundering ovation from the audience. Afterwards the two company leaderssat side by side as they signed the documents necessary to finalize the partnership and conclude the ceremony.
Signing with Tishman Speyeris an indication of OPPLE’s increased presence in the commercial real estate market. Moving forward both OPPLE and Tishman Speyer will bear the fruits of this strategic partnership. Tishman Speyer’s construction expertise and extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate lighting space will allow OPPLE to engage the market with a prowess that was previously unattainable.
